My Story
After I received my medical degree, I completed my residency, and practiced ophthalmology for 12 years in Russia. Later I became certified in holistic nutrition at the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine and then became a certified nutritional consultant (CNC) through the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. I provide customized nutrition wellness programs for people with different health, dietary and weight maintenance needs. I give talks on health and wellness; I also conduct cooking demonstrations in multiple venues (schools, international organizations) and on Zoom monthly.
I recently added vision training on the natural vision improvement method created by the New York Ophthalmologist Dr. William H. Bates over 100 years ago to my suite of services. I personally took off my glasses and improved my vision to 20/20. I am leading quarterly group trainings on improving the eyesight without glasses, contact lenses or medication. With my former training and practice as an Ophthalmologist for over 12 years and as a Health Coach and Educator for the last 14 years, I am very fortunate to combine these two important skills in my new programs.
